Looking for West Coast HD (most interested in locals - prefer Southern CA)

I live in the ATL and just want periodic (mostly daytime east coast time) to west coast locals.

In exchange, I can offer similar periodic access to my HD feed from either Charter Cable or DirecTV here in the ATL.
